If you have contracted remotely, either through our website or by phone, you can request cancellation of the contract within the legally established period without having to tell us the reasons for your request. Our aim is to give you the necessary time to review your contract calmly and make the decision you consider most appropriate.

Si ya disponías de suministro de electricidad o gas antes de contratar con Audax, al ejercer el desistimiento se entenderá tu interés en continuar con el suministro de tu comercializadora anterior, que volverá a prestarte el servicio, salvo que indiques expresamente lo contrario. Si por el contrario no disponías de suministro previo a la contratación, el desistimiento supondrá la baja del servicio.
